Excel pipettes are fully motorized to eliminate hand fatigue that results from using manual pipettes. Microprocessor electronics and a high precision motor control the piston action for exceptional accuracy and precision, an optical coupler ensures the exact plunger movement each time. These pipettes are self-calibrating, therefore eliminating the need for periodic adjustment. Large LCD screen and simple interface enables quick and precise volume settings. This single-channel model accepts all universal fit pipette tips. The barrel portion of the pipette can be removed and autoclaved. Each pipette includes charger and one lithium-ion battery that provides up to 2,000 pipetting cycles on one charge. Recharge time is three hours without removing battery from pipette. Pipette and charger include a twelve month warranty.
